Hey! I’m Rachel Rutledge. At the time of making this, I am a Master’s of Social Work Candidate working as an intern with Kovir LLC to work with organizations and direct care workers to understand and validate their grief journeys. Kovir LLC supports holistic organizational development for small to medium-sized agencies in areas such as staff empowerment, strategic planning, grant strategy, and process improvement leveraging technology. Services are available at the agency and individual levels, working at the intersection of capacity, competency, and community.
